Dictator Back Checks - Now With Painted Cylinders

Back checks are a reliable solution for  controlling doors and windows. Our back checks prevent doors from being opened too quickly. They also prevent damage to buildings and reduce the risk of personal injury.

Dictator Back Checks are now supplied with a painted cylinder. This offers many benefits over the previous zinc galvanized finish.

Increased Colour Choices

Our standard back checks are supplied with a satin finish in RAL 9006. All our accessories will be galvanized aluminium or steel. However, it is now possible to supply back checks in more RAL colours. These include:

• Colours often used for doors and windows which are available with shorter lead times and a small surcharge namely: RAL 7040, RAL 7016, RAL 9005, RAL 9007 und RAL 9016.
• In addition to this other RAL colours are available.

Shorter lead times thanks to Dictator’s new own paint shop

Our new building located at the Dictator Group in Bernau includes a state-of-the-art paint shop. Our production line can now be more independent from galvanising plants. Therefore, allowing us to be less reliant on third parties for lead times. This means we can deliver back checks to you even faster.

Higher Resistance and Better Corrosion Protection 

Dictator carried out salt spray tests according to DIN EN 9227 NSS 2017 in two different accredited testing laboratories. This allowed us to demonstrate the corrosion protection effect of galvanized and painted surfaces. As a result, the painted surface was much less corroded than the galvanised cylinder after the 96-hour test.
